    In addition, our director and veterinarian, Dr. Sandro Cancian (CRMV-SP 16283), is certified by IATA  (International Air Transport Association)and performs the complete assistance to comply with all sanitary and fiscal requirements of the countries of origin and destination.

    We work in partnership with several quarantine centers around the world and guide you to select the best professionals (Gromm) for accompanying your pet during the flight. The Groom, inside the airplane, is responsible for monitoring temperature, cardiorespiratory rate, hydration and feeding, as well as applying medications when necessary.
